2.3 This agreement also includes the Privacy Agreement, and when you use a specific service of ours, there may be separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements"). Once the above content is officially released, it shall be an integral part of this agreement and you shall also abide by it. Your acceptance of any individual agreement mentioned above shall be deemed as your complete acceptance of this agreement. Your acceptance of this agreement shall be deemed as your acceptance of the Privacy Agreement
2.4 We are only responsible for the scope of responsibility listed in these service terms
2.5 We shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or derivative losses (including business losses, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use of data, goodwill, or other economic benefits) arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service, including any breach, infringement, etc., regardless of the circumstances, even if we have been informed beforehand that such losses may occur
2.2 Our services refer to the services we provide to you, and the specific services are subject to the actual ones we provide (hereinafter referred to as "this service")

3.6 We remind you to keep your account and password safe. After using it, you should safely exit. Due to your poor storage, you may suffer from account theft or password theft, and the responsibility will be borne by yourself

4.5 We only provide corresponding security measures based on existing technology to ensure that the information we manage is not lost, but we do not promise to guarantee the absolute security of this information
4.6 You agree that in order to better serve you, we may periodically send you order information, promotional activities, etc. through email, SMS, phone, etc. based on the information you provide, while safeguarding your right to be informed of the information

5.2 Service fees
5.2.1 We may modify and change the charging standards and methods of paid services according to actual needs, and we may also start charging for some free services. We will notify or announce the aforementioned modifications, changes, or charges on the official website. If you do not agree to the above modifications, changes, or paid content, you should stop using the service
5.2.2 When we lower the charging standards for paid services or change paid services to free services, we reserve the right not to provide refunds or fee adjustments to the original paying users
5.2.3 You are aware and agree that in the event of any of the following circumstances, we will partially or completely freeze the funds in your account:

7.2 If you violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement during the use of this service, relevant national authorities or institutions may file lawsuits, fines or take other sanctions against you, and request our assistance. Therefore, if any damage is caused to you or others, you shall bear full responsibility on your own, and we shall not assume any responsibility
7.3 If you violate the provisions of this agreement, we have the right to make independent judgments and take corresponding measures. At the same time, we have the right to take measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the services provided to you, restricting, suspending, freezing or terminating your use of the account, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of your actions
